Whether you danced as a child or are completely new to dance, our adult program will accommodate you. You will learn new steps every week developing a diverse repertoire and will link these steps together creating combinations of the moves you have learnt.
Adult Ballet: A beginner level class where we will work on classical ballet technique. Classes will include barre and centre floor work.
Hip-Hop: A fun class designed to get you grooving and learn some new moves
Tap: A beginner to intermediate level class learning the basic techniques of tap dancing. Shoes required
Dance Fit: A fitness class where we incorporate interval training with dance grooves as our cardio portion. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged.
Barre: A low impact workout combining elements of ballet and strength training to build endurance, strength and flexibility. No experience required.
Yoga: Vinyasa flow class that combines strenght, flexibility, meditation and breathing. For all experience levels.
These classes are designed for beginner to intermediate dancers.
